I have been going to this dentist since I was a child and I am now in my fifthies. It has always been a lovely place with very good dental practice even though it has been taken over a few times.

Dr Rulaka Was great for years I've had problems with my gums and she was very patient and answered all my queries and put my mind at ease and also was so nice I'm so grateful I had a excellent dentist the staff at practice are very helpful excellent team highly recommend this practice where they actually listen to you and give you the options of treatments rather then just the standard scale and polish also pricing is very good

Very good and clean practice. Nice and always helpful Receptionists. Dentist- Dr. Sylwia Karcz - one of the best in UK.

This was a decent enough city practice before ADP took it over, now it has the extra layer of the good and less good of the 'chain' proprietorship.
The good is that everything is clean, well presented and maintained, systems are better than they were and it is always easy to get an appointment and reminders are sent to prompt the forgetful. The practice provides the full range of NHS services and seems always willing to put new patients on the books.
Administration and reception are friendly and helpful and once into the consulting rooms the excellence continues. I have always had careful and kindly treatment and the business model seems to allow time to do things properly. Children and the timid are treated in a kindly and supportive way, time is taken to explain and sooth!
The downside of the 'chain practice' model is that there is a slightly impersonal 'feel' of more like a system than a local practice . . . a little 'institutional' in the feel of the waiting room for instance. Nothing serious but noticeable as is the proliferation of impersonal notices. However, this is a very minor carp and does not detract from the overall rating which is about dentistry not waiting rooms!
Not the fault of the practice however parking is not always available nearby and time should be allowed for a few minutes walk and a scarf taken for a sensitive mouth!
From my own experience and that of family and friends I'm confident in recommending this dentistry practice.
