Arrived this evening 630pm booked table, not busy, Party of 7. We Sat down ordered drinks, starters and main course. 30 minutes later our drinks finally arrived. We then waited 45 minutes to be served out starters, one meal being half the portion of the rest. We then waited a further 45 minutes to be served our main course's, which were warm to cold in temperature.
I wanted to complain however it had taken so long for our food to arrive, we didn't see any point of further inconvenience.
We will not visit here again, young children unsupervised around our table, not a place for us. Would not recommend.

Went to celebrate my birthday with my mum and sister. Only a short wait for the table, the staff were so friendly and all cocktails were gorgeous! Danny Holland -a member of staff- was so funny and friendly, a credit to TGI Fridays! Food was wonderful quick to arrive! Truly a fantastic night!

Arrived at 8 on a Tuesday to be told there was a 15-20 minute wait. We sat at the bar where the little table was unforgivably grubby given that the bar staff were cleaning down equipment rather than serving other patrons. We were called through after only 10 minutes by a friendly server. She didn't take our drink order but both food and drinks orders were taken quickly enough by someone else. The drinks arrived soon after but the food - two burgers - took an hour. There wasn't much else coming out of the kitchen as far as we could see and we finished our drinks long before it arrived. The food itself was fine although the quantities weren't large and the tiny spoonful of slaw was a bit of a joke. Our server was apologetic enough about the delay but when we ordered new drinks they took a long time to come and we had nearly finished eating. The thought of waiting again for pudding was too much and even the bill took far longer than it should have to arrive given how empty it was when we finished. Overall the food is fine but the management needs to look at staffing levels, particularly in the kitchen as all the other reviews I read whilst waiting for food seemed to say the same thing. There were people cleaning up everywhere but only a couple seemed authorised or trained to deal with bills or ordering.

My experience at this restaurant varies every time I go. Incorrect meals have been brought out and I have experienced significantly long wait times. However, at the same time I have also experienced a quick service and free drink for waiting a while. Therefore I rate this 3 stars.

Booked a few days in advance to then be told on the night that there was no such booking. Front of house was very dismissive and told us we needed to wait. Waited an hour to be seated then half hour for starters to a total of 3 hours before our main meal was presented. We had a tomato allergy in our group and were served loaded fries with tiny bits of tomato in, a chicken salad with dressing came with no dressing and pink chicken and most fries were cold. The only reason this has a 2* review is because the restaurant was very understanding and completely took care of the bill. Waitress was nothing but lovely and felt so embarrassed on the meal service we had been given. We've had better experiences in the past but it was nothing short of a horror story this time which is a shame.
