Brilliant service.staff all friendly. My 2 puppies have different temperaments but results are great.

I nabour brought a 8week old bunny and large hut for there little girls birthday. Three days later it's at the vet poorly. Sadly passed away. Got told by staff pick another one. I'm discusseded by this. Pets are family and a 3year old has lost her birthday present and asks where is my bunny.

Poor animal care and knowledge among staff. Fish section is appalling. Should stick to products, not live animals.

Decent prices, but staffing is an issue. The information that staff give varies on who you ask, but good luck in finding them. However, when you do find them, they are helpful and friendly. Most of the time.
