A huge thank you to Emma and her team at Fetch-a-Pet for helping us navigate the international requirements to get a new puppy that we had chosen from a breeder in England to us in Bermuda. They worked to ensure the least stress to our little guy during the process, including picking him up from the breeder the morning of the flight, and emailing me to update me with where he was and what his progress was! Emma helped answer every query I had quickly, professionally and she made sure all the required paperwork was finished when it needed to be! Our puppy is now home with us and you'd never know he spent his day yesterday in transit! I know that has a lot to do with how he was treated during his transfer and we can't thank them enough for loving our little guy while we couldn't be there! Highly recommend their services!

Amazing Service - One of a kind!!
My mum bought a Lufthansa ticket which allowed my dog to sit in the cabin with her. I have spoken/email around 30 pet agencies and they all refused to help me out because they do not understand the requirements travelling via cabin.
Rachel @ Fetchapet has been helpful since day one and managed to sort out all the travel documents, certifcates and other necessary documents to enter in to Singapore.
I am pleased to say my dog has arrived in Singapore with my mum, with no quarantine.
I highly recommend Fetchapet!

I moved to Uganda 8 months ago it didn't take long for me to start missing dogs in my life! I always planned to bring a dog from the UK but wasn't sure how to go about it. I bought a border collie puppy from a friend in the UK and started to plan to ship him to Uganda. I contacted several companies for assistance and the first one to reply was Fetchapet. Not only the first, but by far the most polite, informative and friendly. After this, the process was smooth from start to finish. Emma and Rachel were so helpful in doing everything that needed to be done, from DEFRA certificates to looking after my dog Rafi the night before the flight. They also communicated with the Vet in Uganda to ensure that all the paperwork was in order and prepared meaning Rafi was in customs for a very short time. I can not thank the Fetchapet team enough for making it so easy. Like many dog owners who move, I was worried about the impact the journey would have a dog, especially a young one, but Fetchapet gave us so much confidence and reassurance. Rafi settled very quickly in Uganda and it is now like he has been here forever. I recommend Fetchapet to anyone looking to move a pet abroad, and if needed I will certainly use them again. Thanks again for everything!
