Great place for walking, picnicking, and observing the abundance of wildlife.

Great place to have a picnic and walk the dogs. Parking can be hard to find although it has 2 parking areas at either side of the park. One of them is free.

Great for parking cars in. It should be noted Highwoods Country Park has two carparks, the Chanterelle car park with free parking and the Turner Road one with a visitor centre/cafe where there is a small charge.
