Visited Dunelm and Homebase. Dunelm was ok, but Homebase was poor - the store looked very untidy and stock seemed quite sparce.

Ample parking for Dunelm and Homebase. The parking for KFC is smaller, but as long as you don't mind sometimes parking further away from KFC, you can park closer to Homebase. I personally find this the worst KFC ever, with staff who can't understand plain English. Dunelm and Homebase are fine, with helpful staff. No point going there unless you need something from one of the stores or you enjoy traffic fumes.

Ample parking but wouldn't call it a retail park it's an extension of the one across the road.
