On a visit to the old elm was given a dirty glass with lipstick. The barman dipped the glass into the ice bucket to wet it, wiped it with a tea towel and re filled it. On second visit to the bar, the same barman took a glass off the shelf, dipped it into the same ice bucket and then wiped it. Not sure about that for health reasons , I don't think that I would have liked that ice in my drink! Glasses should have been checked when washed and put away.

My favorites place to eat near Cheltenham. Fantastic home cooked food. Great portions, such friendly staff. I have never booked and they have always accommodated me. Play area for children outside and board games inside.
