My bridal party surprised me and we went here for part of my hen do celebrations. The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and chatty. There were 12 of us so we pretty much took over the whole salon and had a great time getting massages and our nails done whilst having a few glasses of bubbly. Would definitely recommend for a similar event and would have no concerns about getting my nails/massage done here in the future!

I just want to stay please stay away from this place, firstly i would like to say that their customer service is terrible! I was 10 mins late due to no parking spaces so i had the girls who worked there ring me i cany fit you in anymore so you need to reschedule in a very rude manner. I said i am on my way and if she could just fit me in, so she agreed but said she can only do half lashes instead of full. Firstly when you go in you do not get a smile or feel welcomed at all. I then asked her whether i will lose my own lashes after a while and she came out with the most silliest thing anyone could make up, she said that i lose my lashes every 23 weeks anyway!!!!so that means i normally go on with no lashes after every 23 weeks , she just wanted to save her own back! Anyway after putting the lashes on i was happy with the way the looked, but from the next day they slowly started to come off eventhough i had done all the aftercare. It is now the 3rd day and i have sparse lashes. Please please do not do your lashes here they are not proffesional at all and poor customer service!!!!!!

I had different kind of treatments manicure, waxing and a lovely massage. The girl that made my nails was very friendly,polite and welcoming. This salon is always so busy for it location and for the staff which are very professional and friendly. I appreciated a lot that even they are so busy they always find time to squeeze me in. I would not go no where else, definitely recommend this salon for everything for the service and for the lovely staff. :)
