I Would rate the rude service of this establishment as 0 star not even one. Our takeaway order came to over £32. When it was delivered they did not send the curry sauce we ordered and also the supposed free bottle of drink they advertise on their leaflets. My daughter rang Nan King and got a lot of attitude from the staff but they agreed to deliver the curry sauce and free drink. WE live just down the road from this takeaway yet it took them 15 mins to deliver the curry sauce meaning our food was now cold. My daughter rang again after 15 mins and was rudely spoken to by the staff. They ignored what she was saying and talked over her. This is appalling customer service and we will never use this shop again. I am part of a large family who regularly place orders at least twice a week but we will never place an order with them again.
