Very dull place.Disgusting food. My fish and chips been cooked to dark brown colours. Chips so small like from new potatoes or just sides of potatoes. On the tray with food was lots of oil so i seen how dark and smelly it is which mean food is cooked in very old and overheated oil - burned. Sad to say that but i had very bad stomach pain on morning next day....

I live at Longwell green and travel to lee henleys if having a takeaway usually once a week, I have used henleys since they opened about 33 years ago, although they are under new management the good is just as great and the new family are binding there feet. Still really pleased with the food

I was fond with the old owners (mr Lee) and his family, but when I heard they retired and left. I was happy to have their food but sad to see them go. The food and service with the new owners wasnt great. The curry sauce on the chips wasn't hot, just barely warm. There was a lack of communication and care in my opinion with the service. It's a shame because I came to this takeaway when I was a child - and absolutely loved it. But now, I might try somewhere else.

Not very nice at all. The Chinese stuff was swimming in grease.
If you want a Chinese, make the trip across to the Hing Kee on Lodge Causeway.

Not just our family but all our friends think that Lees is great. Tried and tested having lived in the area for many years. Particular fav - chicken chow mein.
