The staff are not helpful in store at all. Food is good value tasty and reasonably good value but no customer service value at all.

I placed an order on Just Eat and said I would collect. I then received an email stating my collection time. When I showed up I was told that the order had been cancelled. I asked who had cancelled it and the staff just looked confused. They tried to tell me that I had cancelled it, but I was able to show them my Just Eat account which stated that the order was now ready to pick up. They didn't seem to accept this and just kept telling me it was cancelled. They were unapologetic. I would definitely not order from them again or recommend them to others. Very disappointed in the customer service.

We order regularly from here. The menu is extensive and everything is hot and delivered on time. The food is fab. The staff are very friendly and the web site is easy to use.
