The store has certainly seen better days. Overall selection is limited in comparison to my earlier visits. Cribbs Causeway is a much better store even for non food products. The cafe is staffed by two very pleasant girls and the coffee is good

Tried phoning the store this morning, no answer kept going through the phone system, for them to hang up on me.
I phoned again for switchboard to take my name and number for them to phone me back, as I wanted stock availability, which they would not do, waited on phone over half an hour, then gave up, very poor service. They hung up on me yet again :(

It is disappointing to notice sweets at the cash tills. The three customers in front of me had children under 5 all of whom pestered for sweets causing parental stress. Asda can do better than that!
