The hotel is very close to the centre and easy to reach by car. Take one of the rooms from the tenth floor up to have a breathtaking view of Bristol from the full size glass windows. The hotel is modern but a bit pricey for what it offers. 26 quid to park the car for 24 hours is a bit of a let down especially if you don’t know before you book.
The real let down are the people in the hotel: in more than one occasione they were very rude and dismissive. The sort of distant, patronising and “I don’t care about what you need” attitude that really should be eradicated from customer facing staff. A real pity since the hotel is quite comfortable and the breakfast is one of the best this side of the country. For the price is good value as well.

Great location in the city but be warned parking is a nightmare. Paid £26 for valet parking as no onsite parking. Collected car in morning to find it has been given a parking ticket. Hotel paid. Hotel is good. Breakfast fantastic

Great place to visit Bristol from.
The amazing street performers nearby offer excellent entertainment.
Look out for Paul John Bailey who is an awesome solo guitar player.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms well equipped and more importantly, very clean. Bed comfortable. Situated in a central location with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Close to central Bristol and the shopping areas. Not the cheapest hotel, but luckily my employer was paying!

5 Star for Location. 4 Star for value. I got standard room in just £183 for two nights. Room were spacious, tidy and clean. Air condition wasn't so well.
Bed was comfortable but pillows didn't. They provided cot for my baby but didn't give blanket. We didn't try restaurant so no words though they have continental foods in menu.
Overall 4 stars for everything.
