From Reception through Health Care Assistant, Catering Assistant and Nurses right up to the Consultant, the Nuffield Bristol provided a consistently high quality service.
Everything was explained clearly and understandably and even the most naive questions were answered helpfully.
It is far too soon to assess the longer term success of the eye surgery but if today's experience is reflected in the outcome there should be little to worry about.
Many thanks to all the staff I came I to contact with today and Best Regards to you all.
