All staff here is very helpful. They give there best every time I have health issue. Lucky to have them near our home. Thanks Lot!!

Alright GPs and surgery itself, but they are so, so bad at picking up the phone. You might as well send them a letter - it will get there quicker. BEen on hold 40 mins today and all i need is a call back from a GP. Bit of a joke if you ask me.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years and have received outstanding care the whole time. All of the staff from the hard working receptionists, office staff, to the nurses and doctors are always professional and show compassion, they do an amazing job and I am truly grateful for their commitment to us, their patients. If it wasn't for them being on the ball I may not be here now, I owe them my life. Yes the booking of appointments via telephone is frustrating and I have on many occasions wanted to shout at someone about this, BUT I don't because they are doing their best to provide us with an amazing service and in my opinion they are. They are only human and they can only do what they can do. They are under ever increasing pressure to accept more and more patients and I for one am thankful that I receive the outstanding care from each and everyone of them, for free!!! They should all be proud of the exemplary service they are providing. Thank you.
