Caused so much pain. Gums bleeding for a few hours after a check up. Never had the experience ever with a check up

After having poor quality filling which broke days after repair, i had to have tooth extracted resulted in a punctured sinus. Was left in pain, ended up in hospital months later due to there poor quality work leaving part of tooth in my sinus.... resulting in a operation to remove this.
Poor follow up after care, no interest in the damaged and pain caused.
Two years on they finally accepted there clinical negligence.
Avoid if you value your teeth!!!!

I had the best experience here today. I am a very nervous patient but Mr Bilby was very kind and understanding. I even had my little boy with me and both Mr Bilby and the Nurse made him feel relaxed and welcome too. I left feeling brilliant and have booked to go again in 6 months time. I would highly recommend this practice if you are nervous. Especially with Mr Bilby. Thank you!

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE!!!!!

This dentists surgery is appalling, for months my partner had been trying to make an appointment with her dentist there and every single time it was cancelled.

After about the 5th time of trying to arrange an appointment and getting cancellations we found out that she was being booked in on days that her dentist didn't even work at the practice. To further our annoyance, after finally being seen, work that had been done (preventative decay sealant) had broken out and so we rescheduled an appointment to get it rectified. They expected my partner to PAY for the dentists mistakes and it wasn't until we complained multiple times that they agreed it could be re done for free (by a trainee).

Now after having been referred by a GP to see the dentist for a jaw lock problem, they deny that any appointment was ever made although it was made over 3 months ago.

The reception team at this practice are terrible at their jobs, the dentists here are not much better, expecting patients to pay for the mistakes they have made, over all I would advise everyone to avoid this practice like the plague.
