Good dentists and helpful staff. However, they book me in for a 9am appointment, and even though the opening time says 8:30, I turn up at 8:50 only to be told they can't let me in until 9:00. I don't understand that. I also find that even with the first appointment of the day I'm going in 20 minutes late. They shouldn't even book me in for 9:00 if the appointment can't be kept!

Very helpful and gave me lots of advice with my teeth. Helped me get an exemption on my dentist appointments. Book weeks in advance if you want an appointment.

Do yourselves a favour and go to other surgery! They cancelled an appointment 30 minutes before it was scheduled, while I was on my way to the practice. After I rescheduled, even though I had appointment, I had to wait more than half an hour. The doctor was in a rush obviously and he was running around trying to catch up on his time i suppose. Very arrogant and unprofessional. One week later one of the fillings chipped. If you want some piece of mind and care about your time, money and teeth I recommend you go somewhere else.

Not interested in emergencies and the woman on the other end of the phone was very rude! Thank god for longwell green dental surgery.

if I could leave 0 stars I would waiting time is ridiculous staff are rude and hang up on you the work that is done is rushed and fillings fall out I wouldn't bother go elsewhere
