awful service absolutely un professional and rude if your thinking of getting treatment here don't best advice the reception hung up on me 3 times search elsewhere

Discussing experience at the dentist. The staff are rude and can hardly be bothered to look at you. As for the dentist mr Wiltshire well his obnoxious cocky manor was discussing. The X-ray card he forced painfully down in my mouth cut it but he didn't care then he told me what I already knew when he got the pics asking me when I expected him to do about it. After everything he did I am now left in more pain that I was before with my mouth all ulcered and sore from him trying to do a procedure he couldn't finish. The staff on reception had the same can't be bother attitude also.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad, the staff are always nice, the wait can be quite long but Mr Wilshire is the best dentist I've had (particularly for any needle phobias) and I'd happily wait as long as it takes rather than go elsewhere.

Horrendous and unprofessional service! Waited 40 mins before i got seem to ask to wait another 5 mins! 25 mins later i walked out!Think twice about going here for a appointment.

My pregnant wife attended with my son and was 10 minutes late due to a queue at reception. As she hadn't been in 3 years she had to fill out an application but was rudely told "you never told me you were late!" by the receptionist. She also let people with later appointments go before which was very unprofessional. The dentist however was really nice and our 1 year old actually opened his mouth this time because she was so accommodating.
