THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A RECORD SHOP, so much so I had to leave. The staff member struggled to hear anything I said complaining the music was too loud. She then went on the say she couldn't concentrate because of the music. Finally thinking she had found what I was wanting to order she said she was unsure if she could order it or not and half way through that conversation she went on to say she was still struggling because of the music volume and then made the excuse that she was French! At this point I asked if she had found the artist's discography which she said yes to and then wouldn't show me! Getting more frustrated I asked another member of staff if he could turn down the music to help her concentrate as she hadn't and he completely blanked me. He had witnessed her struggling and the transaction going no where but just stood and did nothing through out. I had to give one star just to post this otherwise it would have been none! Awful experience!

Interesting choice of books, music etc. Also a good, will priced selection of food and drinks.

Awesome independent place for music. Their free live, acoustic gigs are worth keeping an eye on (and arriving early for). I saw Bear's Den here in November 2016 and couldn't believe my luck. The clothes let them down a tad because it's the same overpriced faux vintage lines you'll find in about five shops down Park St. Coffee shop is great below as well.

Great record store, you can be pleasantly surprised with what you'll find sometimes

Keeping it indie and local. Great record shop and so much more! Lovely place.
