Been visiting this establishment for many years. The staff are friendly and professional at all times. Any concerns I have experienced have been dealt quickly and efficiently. I am finding the entrance fee great value for money. Purchased food on many occasions and sometimes it's great, other times it's good at worse just ok..
Staff always cleaning and carrying out regular duty maintenance.

I have visited the Boiler Room on several occasions and found it to be excellent value
The staff are welcoming and very helpful and courteous.
I have made several purchases there and found them not only good value but also quality products.
I have met some very nice guys there and will continue to go and recommend the venue to others.

Having visited the establishment last week I have to say that hygiene is far from fantastic as I got sick after having used the glasses for the drinking.
The rest was not worth the money you spend getting in it's well overrated very overrated. Won't be going back and others should just think twice of going there the fotos are as always very misleading

Clean, friendly and not expensive. Worth the walk from Brighton or the £5 bus ride.

A friendly place . always a warm welcome . love the fact its got a smoking area at the back with outdoor heating . staff are seen going round doing the water checks in the jacuzzi. and cleaning the relaxation rooms upstairs , the food menu is excellent.and served at the table .
Im new to saunas .and was a bit hesitant . but now go to the boiler room once or twice a week, if you want to try a sauna. this is a good one to go for .
