Friendly staff. Good location. Room is clean, but small. Restaurant is way overpriced. £24.00 for high tea? I wouldn't pay half that. Otherwise very nice. Compared to other hotels that were more expensive The Hilton was much more impressive. Nice Victorian era feel to the building.

I was kindly upgraded rooms, really nice and big. Very quiet and the breakfast was beautiful. The swimming pool was great as well. The staff are incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Especially the gentleman who was on in the evening who checked us in at 03.30 in the morning and helped us unload all of the equipment we had for the workshop we were setting up the next day. Brilliant service. My only gripe is that the food in the restaurant took a long time when ordering in the evening, but was very tasty. It's just a shame as I was on a short time schedule as I was having to run a workshop later in the evening.

Staff are great. Hotel nice but could be cleaner. I keep finding hair in my room on towels and such from previous guests. Excellent breakfast.

Nice hotel, would definitely stay here again. Rooms are nice and beds are very comfortable, only minor problems, one room was so hot and the temperature gauge didn't seem to work, plus the windows only opens 2 inches so this was no help. The sea view room was just as nice and cooler with windows that opened fully, only gripe was I made a cup of tea, after a couple minutes there were tea all over the table due to the biggest crack in the Base of the cup, these are only minor things that would not put me off coming back. The pool and sauna are nice and the cleanest pool I've ever been in as is the rest of the hotel.

Great location. Right on the beach. Generally a good hotel. Decent breakfast with nice views. Complicated room and charging process. A queen room is not a queen room basically. Decor is a little tired with some carpets having duct tape on them in the corridors. Staff are good. Decent pool and fitness facility. Parking is tight but onsite.
