Today we brought a sim card and £10 top up from Tesco when we got back to my house in Hove tried the sim card in the phone it did not work we phone 150 who told us that this sim had been deactivated and would not work and to take it back to the store i do not drive so i phoned the store to ask if they could help as i explained what had happened the young lady said we had to go back the the store 5 miles away i had just done my weekly shop and spent over £170 and asked if she would kindly send me a voucher for the money she said she could not do this no wonder people are going elsewhere to do there shopping with this kind of service i asked to speak to a manager and i was refused i will not be going back you have lost another customer
