Good array of clothes, yet more expensive than previous times I have shopped in H&M. Extremely helpful staff, a girl called Georgia helped me a tremendous amount last Saturday, very patient and friendly, taking me around the shop helping me find an outfit for a work party, would definitely shop again. Was served on the till quick and efficiently by girl called Alexandra.

GEORGIA girl working behind the till downstairs today afternoon in H&M Western Road Brighton seriously RUDE! Eather she was on period or just luck of customer service skills... horrible attitude.. disgusting..

This H&M closed around 18 months ago, for what I thought was for good, seeing as another huge H&M opened virtually across the road.
It reopened this week and I have to say I'm not all that impressed. The store, which is at the front of Churchill Square shopping centre was completely gutted and rebuilt from the inside out which lead many to believe that a completely different store was coming. WRONG.
H&M is back and this seems to be the store where all the kids go as soon as they finish school. The range isn't massive (but I'm not a H&M fan anyway) but I am told the makeup they sell there is pretty good.
One thing I couldn't get past was the God awful lighting. I mean, it really is unbearable, I couldn't spend more than 5 minutes in there even though I wanted a good look around!
I'm just not sure why we need 2 H&M's within 3 minutes walk of each other. No wonder the high street is dying, there is no choice!
