Amazing food but would appreciate bigger and maybe renovated eating area. We were squeezed in next to other couples which seemed strange and we could quite easily hear each conversation. Luckily we were moved to a quiet area but seemed abit odd to be so close to other people. Very expensive but worth it for the food. The baconaisse with sweet potato fries are lovely.

Food is decent but not amazing, I expected nicer for somewhere that specialises in burgers, the service was good and the atmosphere was nice

Ordered through just eat, had to wait twice as long for delivery only to find they had given our £20 order to someone else, asked for a refund only to be told that they couldn't but would deliver another oder in 2 hours time. (Not helpful when you've already waited 2 hours to begin with!) definitely won't be ordering again

Great location especially when is is sunny and they open all the windows.
Good that they ask how you want your burger done.
My experience was poor as they over cooked my burger (medium rare came out well done) and they had run out of my choice of side: onion rings.
The staff were friendly so I'm sure they would have gone and cooked me a new burger, but it's not the point: if it's in the name over the door it should be right first time every time.

GBK actually cook the burger to preference. Mine was perfect! Brilliant food and the weather just made our experience even better as we sat outside watching the crowds walk by. Highly recommended ******
