Staff were not friendly or welcoming Arrived on time and receptionist accused me of being late and said I was 'lucky they didn't lock the doors' then refused to let me join the class as I was not experienced despite not advertising this on the timetable. Will not be back!

Not just for 'flexible gymnasts' but for everyone of every age, fitness and flexibility - this studio is about HEALTH; not showing off how bendy you are! Great selection of classes - hot and non-hot. Best yoga teachers in Brighton. Actually, best collection of yoga teachers in one studio - I have practised in London, New York, Dubai and other major cities and I can testify that the teachers here are more consistently and collectively talented, inspiring and knowlegeable. Each one has their own engaging style so your mind doesn't wander off, meaning that both brain and body get toned :) Highly recommend.

Very nice place. Small and freindly. Teachers very helpful. I enjoyed my hot yoga experience their. Only one point I didn't like is that some yoga students do yoga in front of the door. So one cannot get out of the studio to use the loo.

Yogahaven has lovely, amazing teachers, they are really excellent. They offer a brilliant variety and choice of classes and workshops. It's a very convenient central location with a sea view from the top studio. There's always something new going on and many interesting opportunities to develop your own practice.

First time here. I enjoyed it and staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the class had too many people. The people either side of me were touching me through movements. I feel a hot yoga class should have less people. Teacher was good. Supportive to all students. ✌❤
