Worst experience ever. My flight was too late and I contacted the hotel to tell them, I arrive a bit later after the official Check-in time. They told me that this is not possible and that I have to find another accomodation, but they charged the money for the night! Absolutly customer unfriendly.

Great place to stay. I was there with the love of my life and everything seemed perfect.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

SCAM / FRAUD

I stayed 1 night and then 2 days later they charged £500 to my credit card without my authorisation claiming I had broken a window.

This is not the case and the bank are currently investigating for fraud.

The hotel is dirty and unpleasant anyway but stay away.

Nice stay, not the best room, not the worst. Was clean and had a good bed, we had a jacuzzi in our en suite which was very nice. Staff were polite, a little hard to locate at times but very helpful once found.
If the price is right I will use them again, if not I'll try the Brighton hotel down on the sea front.
