After 6 months of constant headache and neck pain, 3 GP's, 1 Private Doctor (a so called neck specialist) and 3 months of wasting money seeing a chiropractor - Troy is the only person who has actually diagnosed me properly and relieved me of my pains.
I heard about Troy from meeting a girl in my local pub who was a personal trainer, thank goodness I did. Not only is he a very knowledge professional, he also spends time explaining his findings properly with a sympathetic ear with his only goal being to get us better.
If you want to cure your pains, I cannot recommend this humorous and friendly chap highly enough.

Cannot recommend Troy enough! I'd heard nothing but great things and from the moment I walked through the door it was clear to see why. I finally took advice to go and see somebody after suffering with pretty bad headaches for years, after a brief but in depth chat it was becoming clear what the cause was. Not only did Troy explain what the problem was, he explained in simple terms WHY. After starting to feel improvements during our first session, I've stuck to the functional eyesight exercises he has on his great app and in almost 3 weeks I have not suffered from a single headache.. Not bad coming off of 3+ a week!
Troys knowledge and enthusiasm for his work is amazing, you will not be disappointed!

I have had a chronic back problem for around 30 years but still compete at golf. I had had to stop golf completely last winter and just hoped things would improve on their own. A friend begged me to see Troy and drove me down to see him. His approach was unusual, energised and kind. The next morning I was able to lie in bed without pain for the first time in years; my husband was amazed, offering to get me a cup of tea to enjoy the experience! I have only had three visits - each one is a pleasure, fascinating and helpful. I just wish I could go more often! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I would also say that other practitioners have helped me enormously, but sometimes it's good to try a new approach especially if recovery has slowed.

I cannot recommend Troy enough. As a competitive horse rider I struggle with various aches and pains. After a visit to Troy not only did he alleviate these, he also increased my balance and way of riding. The next day I rode my horse he felt totally different and we are achieving even better results than before.
Troy made me feel completely at ease and I found some of the work very interesting. If you are wondering who to see in the South East make sure Troy is at the top of your list!

Troy is a truly amazing osteopath. After having brain surgery back in June 2015, I didn't think I'd ever feel normal again. Troy has done excellent work, given me sound advice and has given me the courage to get back to the person I was before surgery. He is an inspirational osteopath who has outstanding knowledge in his field and beyond and I can honestly say I have 100% faith in everything he does! I am proof that he really does know his stuff and his treatments have been fundamental to my recovery.
Troy is also very gifted in dealing with his patients individual needs, I always feel that I'm getting the best possible care.
I would recommend Troy without hesitation, he really is the cream of the crop.
