Took my collie to Shepherds for a 2nd opinion during a Saturday open apointment system as my local vet wanted to perform surgery without appropriate testing first. The vet I saw in Sheperds was great, friendly,confident and gave excellent care to me and my dog. He arranged a scan for as soon as he could the next day to save my dog waiting around that day for hours. He phoned me with test results and left me feeling so relieved I sought a second opinion as no surgery was needed. All for a really reasonable cost. Will never go back to my local vet,will now travel the extra distance to gain experience and competence from this surgery.

Would like to thank all the staff for being so kind and making our experience of having to have our beloved cat named Friday put to rest last night, was very emotional but can't thank the staff enough for being so kind and thoughtful, thank you so much from Kerry and my daughter Anna x

Excellent care given by understanding vets and nurses. Even the receptions are sensitive and knowledgeable!

My dogs never been super ill (thank god) but taking him there as a pup for vaccs etc, he hated it. Staff werent interested and were rude to me from the start. Didn't even fuss him as a pup which in my opinion ruined his expierience with vets. My new vet fusses all the animals that come through the door and he really loves going there.
