I am very happy here with everyone and all the staff are brilliant,I like the fact that the staff push you do the best which has really helped with my weight loss.I would jst like to confirm that the staff are not intimidating at all and I would recommend this gym to everyone ,you really won't be disappointed.I think Shirley is a fantastic trainer and her advice has helped me a lot ,also staff at reception desk are helpful and always friendly.

I have been going to the gym for 9 months and have been working out very hard myself and when I asked how to book a class they said you have to book a class at 7:00 am and when you wake up to book there are no spaces left. only fourteen people in the class. I have a special needs child and his health has become worse and I spoke to the manager and she refused to cancel my contract. I found this very rude because in their terms and conditions it say's that you can cancel your contract if you have any medical problems and I tried to show her evidence but she refused. So I had no other option but to cancel my direct debit for my child.

Aggressive personal trainers. Highly not recommended. The atmosphere made me feel very un-easy. The building is small and one of the personal trainers (Anna)is very rude and intimidating. Hence the reason I'm wanting to cancel my membership, which is also becoming a problem!

I love working our here. It's a ladies only gum so they always contact you to let you know if a male will enter the building the day before.

My third day at the gym and am loving it. Everything about the gym is outstanding including the staff especially Shirley.
