Would give no stars if it was an option. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Manager is one of the most rudest, stuck-up and unprofessional man I have come across. Not only does he talk rudely to his customers and make unecessary horrible comments to the simplest questions, the way he speaks to his own staff, one of which I'm sure is his own son, is most definitely bullying!
The food is nothing special, if you're in the area and in need of a good tasting Pizza I'd recommend Mobeens down the road from this dump - not only are the pizzas nice from Mobeens, management and staff are nice and treat their customers nicely.
When ordering from Dial a Pizza on one occasion; I mentioned that the last time we had ordered pizzas, the meat was undercooked and were not edible. To this the manager commented saying that I should cook pizza myself next time. . . Wow!

Pizzas are cooked wonderful and some of their offers are excellent value for money.
Delivery has always been on time.
