Horrendous service. Got charged five pound per head just to be seated only because it was packed because of the fight showing on the screen. The guy was going around taking money off everyone for just being there to watch a fight they had on and he was completely rude. No one approached us to be served. We didn't get a table either so we had to stand until the fight was over. The only thing good I can say about the place is the setting. It seemed a crime for the workers to smile in the place. In the end we just walked out. Stay away from the place. I would give no stars if I could.

Went their a few days ago, it was absolutely empty so we chose the corner seats. They bought our sheesha and desserts, half an hour later we got told to move because the corner was already booked for a bunch of 13 year olds. They could have picked any other area but specifically wanted that corner. Can't believe the service. Why sit us down bring our food and then tell us to move?!?! We got told it was a party but that was a lie, the group of boys sat their still as a statue. Crap service, the waitresses looked as though they've been forced to work there. No smile no hi no bye. On the plus side, I enjoyed the ice cream on my cookie dough!

This is the worst shisha lounge I've ever been to.
I asked for the music to be turned down several times and one girl controlling the music got rude and there were no need after I asked them nicely then another girl said "if you don't like it you can leave" I replied "well I payed for it and just sat down if they give refunds I would because I don't appreciate the way your talking to me" these asians don't appreciate there customers and are very inconsiderate and I've just come out of hospital it's not nice coming somewhere where you can't enjoy the atmosphere and not hearing your friends talking to you.
I definitely wouldn't recommend going to this place if your coming from out of town and the staff are extremely rude.

If they carry on at this way they'll have no loyal customers.

Visited this place last night from manchester and I have to say...it's a cool place...it's very very spacious with plenty of couches ...the hospitality is lovely and the staff regularly change the coal on thr shisha without asking...so your not sucking in ash. The music and vibe was really good with good variety of music. Definitely recommend...I would go again. People mind there own business and can find a mixed group of people...didn't feel intimidating and had a good laugh.

Perfect shisha wall mannered staff interior looks awesome stayed for a good few hours without any issues would definitely visit again
