Wonderful caring staff. We had to put Oscar the Westie to sleep and the compassion shown by all made a very difficult time a little easier. Thank you

The staff here are so caring. My dog has had skin issues for a long time and they are always so nice to myself and my dog.

Brilliant vets practice. I've been taking my cats here now for years, since they opened really, and the level of service you get is second to none. Obviously animal lovers, all the Vets and Nurses are really good with my eldest - who's 19 and blind, and a cantankerous old man - and has been in for lots of treatments (critical care when he wandered and got lost for over a month and was found starving and dehydrated, high BP, and is now on a renal diet so tests monthly, etc).
Very fair prices, and don't overcharge you.
My friends all take their pets there too, some with cats and some with dogs, and all say the same "wouldn't go anywhere else"

What a fabulous caring practice, which clearly put the needs of your animal’s welfare before making money - which is very hard to find these days.
My 19 year old cat Merlin was due to have some dental work under local anaesthetic at Beech House. On arrival Marcus (the vet) decided to give Merlin, a once over before his procedure.
Marcus felt my old cat did not need to be placed under local anaesthetic (big risk) and felt he could remove the build-up of tartar easily, there and then - perfect. I left the surgery with Merlin who was hungry and grumpy but content.
“Thank you” - Beech House for the caring nature of your team, especially to Marcus who showed compassion, understanding and complete respect toward my handsome chappi Merlin.
