My dog has to be brought in on a Saturday night. She was extremely unwell and we waited over an hour and a half to see a vet.
On the following check up, I waited nearly two hours to see a vet for an appointment that had been booked for over a week.
With regard to my insurance claim, the initial form was sent on the last possible day as per the policy (14th day after I'd handed my form in), however it then took Animal Trust a further ten days to identify that their email to my insurance company hadn't sent and it needed to be posted. This then took anotger five working days to receive a response from my insurance company. When you're over £400 down, it's not acceptable.
Animal Trust then hadn't sent all my payments through so I had to complete ANOTHER claims form and go and hand it in. Two weeks later I then received a phone call stating I hadn't paid the bill so they wouldn't send the form. I had paid whilst at the vets and had to screenshot my bank statements and email them to them.
Animal Trusts customer service is poor and it's ridiculous that they don't even keep records of payments customers make to them. I have received no apology. The man behind the desk when I was nearly two hours to be seen (a man with shoulder length black/very dark hair) was very rude and obviously hadn't updated the system that I'd paid them £40!

the service is good and it's cheap :) but the receptionist takes a very long time to answer, once I waited 15 minutes

My whippet had a massively swollen foot due to an ongoing problem, the vet Jose was very good and helpful and attended to by pup very professionaly, I highly recommended this surgery in an emergency as most vets will charge you a minimum 150 just to get through the door, good luck Jose back home in Spain.

Arrived at 6.10pm still waiting at 8.20pm despite the fact our small dog required attention. Staff completely unconcerned that we were waiting over two hours. Since we were unable to ascertain when we would be seen we were forced to leave. Over two hours wasted. Not a way to run a service business whatever the reason!

Killed my cat 5 months ago in really traumatic situation, then just now reminded me of her annual review and injections, what a really caring vetenary service. STEER CLEAR of this service, they can't even pronounce your pets name, due to employing junior vets from eastern europe , may appear low cost but if treatment needed its well top price, ( and treatment is usually needed). Good luck
