When I tried to sign up for the membership online first time around it didn't create a membership but I got charged. So when my account was actually made I was charged again. Tried to get through to the customer service for two weeks and I still can't get them to return my money. Another thing about this gym is that there is no lock pad on the lockers in ladies changing rooms - first time I've come across this... And also I would say that the facilities are quite limited. There is a good range of equipment but overall it feels like a huge showroom rather than a gym.

Great gym. Staff actively clean to ensure comfortable experience. Users not intimidating and are helpful. Lots of useful equipment provided.
