Called into Toys R Us today to pick up a reserved item. Glad I did! I ended up leaving the reserved item and buying two different toys as there was a large selection across the store discounted. My son will be very happy & so is my pocket.

There's so much to choose from. Great selection of toys for all ages. I found the staff quite rude and unhelpful though.

I visited toys r us aka babies R us on Sunday 3rd September 2017. I purchased a silvercross wayfarer for my daughter who is expecting her baby in January. The young lady that served us (Danielle) was absolutely wonderful, couldn't do enough to help us. Danielle got us the best deal and demonstrated the pram and all its components clearly in a manner that was easy for us to understand. My mum purchased a cot bed and matress for the new baby to which Danielle got the best deal for her too. Well done babies R us for employing a dedicated member of staff! Thank you ever so much for all your help xx

Used click and collect very fast item was ready when we got there. Good range of toys clean and tidy. Staff very helpful.

Good selection of toys. Staff often unavailable. Not many people manning the tills so service can be slow. Better to reserve online if available. Ample parking available.
