Orderd online then called to pick up at Bolton store. Fabulous service, very quick and efficient. Would use the click and collect service again but store well worth a visit and a walk round.

I visited this location with a friend and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the majority of the staff here. There was literally one young lady on the tills and one trying to help a customer. The other staff and older lady, and 2 younger staff (male and female) were just standing around chatting like they were at the beach enjoying the day off. It was very unprofessional and they just ignored us when it was obvious we required assistance. Being a polite person I didn't feel right interrupting there conversation about how one staff members studies were going etc so we had to trek down to the tills to try find out the answer we needed. In the end it was all for naught anyway as once someone was buzzed to come help the girl at the till (sounded new) was told that we could only get the item online (red colour in store but blue online only according to a staff member who tbh appeared to want to get back to previously mentioned conversation rather than help) even though this was not stated in the newsletter / email.
Overall a rather unpleasant, negative and unprofessional experience except for the girl on the till who was as helpful as she could be. The 2 Stars are purely because she tried her best.

Great place for variety and price. I take XXL sizes, so am a bit limited to clothes that fit. There are there, but not all items have that size.
