Appalling! Refused service at 18:00 hrs even though we had ordered our Euros on line. Treated very, very shabbily, no concern for our plight. Is it any wonder Thomas Cook are struggling as a company. Disgraceful.

Always had a great service very helpful staff very friendly and they will go out of their way to help you find the holiday you want. Always go back to them when we need a holiday. Always recommend them to family and friends. Thank you all xx
