Omg one of the taxi drivers tried to get money off me for a fare I didn't owe. Came knocking on my door at 5.45am this is by far the worst taxi firm I've ever used. If you want my opinion stay away from them.

Unprofessional & unreliable! Terrible customer service.
I ordered a cab the night before to pick me up at 3.30am and take me to the coach station as i had to get to a very important business meeting in London that morning.
The customer service was very poor so i called again at 3am just to check it would arrive on time. I was told not to worry it would be there.
However it did not arrive until 3:45am. The operator did not issue an apology and was very rude when i rang to find out where it was.
I would NEVER use them again!!!

I was Verbally insulted by operator wish I could give them no stars as that's all they deserve terrible customer service I will be not using this company again. Feel for taxi drivers that have to put up with these rude operators. Shocked they are still in business ( oh because operator is related to the boss)
