Quick, friendly service which is perfect for a morning stop off. Food was hot and delicious and was only a short wait. Plenty of choice from traditional American style breakfasts including pancakes, bacon and eggs and milkshakes.

Lovely open space plenty of shops and amenities to satisfy the weary shopper / traveller. Very clean, Bright, modern looking airy, a complete contrast to what used to be here in its place. Reminds of some of the large public areas you get in London.

Great food, especially starters. Lively atmosphere and good decor. Great for a casual meal/lunch or slightly fancy dinner. The best thing was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made our visit a delight.

Good array of shops and restaurants. Can get very busy particularly midday during weekend. My favourite store is whittards, just love the hot chocolates! Grand Central is a great place to spend a few hours.

An excellent, albeit expensive, rebuild of what we would've called "The Palisades" back in '09. Except it isn't '09 and Birmingham is too desperate to be like New York and named it Grand Central.
A nice variety of designer shops to empty your wallets at, and plenty of places to eat. The cafes are really nice and premium, but the food places haven't got enough options for those with more specific dietary needs e.g, Halal or Vegetarian/Vegan options.
Generally a great and very premium place to empty your wallet - with great quality comes a greater price.
