This place is massively overpriced as are all Big Johns branches out there and the food is average. I was in the area recently and hungry so bought a wrap meal that cost me £4.50. The food wasn't too bad but nothing special and the chips were pretty good but it shouldn't have cost anything more than £3 for this meal but the just the wrap on its own is £2.99 which is a joke. In a time where prices are shooting up everywhere and businesses charge way more than what they should for the same if not worse food, its not even worth eating junk food like this. I doubt that they make food items such as their samosas, sheesh kebabs, katlama and niblets daily as I hardly see people order them and they look like they have been there for ages. Unless they bring their prices down to reasonable levels I will stay away, I just have little choice at times given how overcrowded the inner city areas have become for parking especially. Even in the inner city areas where disease causing fast food food used to be as cheap as chips (no pun intended) the prices have shot up. Stick to Hajee Ghani on the bottom end of Stratford Road if you want better tasting and reasonably priced fast food and all of their food is cooked fresh daily to my knowledge.

Standard quality expected at Big John's. Staff are friendly. Lose a star for the poor chips (need to use better quality oil)

BLOODY WASTE OF MONEY!!! I would rate them a zero if I could. Firstly the short man has attitude as if his he owns big johns. Asked him for extra vinegar the guy nearly had a heart attack as if his vinegar is his life savings firstly said to its 20p extra then got anger and said do you want the bottle. They also charge 50p for dips of cheep "fake" mayo and water downed ketchup never going again. Dry food, which is cooked the day before never fresh.

Great selection of food. Some excellent specials. The x large pizzas are the biggest I've ever seen.
