Everything under one roof. Professional and friendly staff/instructors. Good atmosphere. Lots of classes. Sharon (reception) has an excellent sense of detail and ensured all my needs were met. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I've got a very poor experience and a lack of customer service. Had my free trial, but passed the whole class training with a punch bag cause there weren't enough people. An hour passed on my own, no care nor attention. On day one the girl in the reception (Sharon?) didn't even introduce herself and went straight to explain me about the different packages and how to pay them,not a welcoming start at all. In any business people should think that a new customer is a new source for the business, you should introduce yourself and show interest in a new potential customer, not going straight to the money/payment talk. After my class was done I asked if was possible have another day trial,explaining that I didn't get the "experience" I was looking for, but I got treated like if I was wasting their time. Said that "sadly I cannot pay if this was the kind of experience you have to offer" her "that's fine". Nice space, machines and a wide variety of activities, unfortunately there's a lack of organisation and care for the customers. A guy hurt himself during the class, no one of the staff helped him going downstairs or even said a "take care man" or a simple bye.
