Diagusting company. Have been with them for a while now and recently got married and moved house but forgot to tell them change of address. Still paid my insurance on time every month. But they sent a letter to my old house requiring documents such as my taxi badge etc. Obviously I didnt get them and now on my honeymoon where I was contacted by phone asking me to hand said documents in by 5pm yesterday. Again obviously that couldnt happen so despite me explaining the situation they have cancelled my policy leaving my driver unable to drive and me without insurance. The guy I spoke to from Orbit was arrogant and smug and basically just said "thats the way it goes". To top it all they want a cancellation fee from me!!!!PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN USED AND LET DOWN BY THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY.

I rang orbit today who were very helpful, more helpful than my brokers, very precise and accurate information i was given, the member of staff i spoke to was informative and willing in helping me with my insurance certificate, thank you orbit

Very unprofessional (sent someone's cancellation to my address as special delivery). Simply a sucker. They will offer a good price at beginning and will squeeze out juices slowly. Very bad experience ever, I think worst underwriters in UK. They are even very reluctant to get DVLA report that cost them few quids. Not Recommended at all !!!!
