Lovely hotel. It was quiet despite a busy road. A really good breakfast choice. A menu to choose from plus a full English breakfast and continental one as well. Toast and cereals too.

Very nice centrally located high rise hotel. Very modern iconic and distinct looking styling. The rooms are modern, clean, functional and good sized all you could ask from a hotel room and reasonably priced for the location. The central location is great so all the amenities of a town centre are all within easy walking distance. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

I will always stay in this hotel when visiting Birmingham! The rooms are clean and tidy. The suites and standard rooms are as comfortable as each other. Would recommend a suite for a special occasion! Stayed in one for a business trip. Staff and room service is 10\10 parking is even easier. Excellent bar and range of drinks with clean glasses. See you soon radisson blu

Rooms are very basic compared to Malmaison. We upgraded previously and the upgraded room was exactly the same as the normal room.
Air conditioning has been broken on three out of the four times we have stayed recently.
Breakfast is really nice and lots of choice and love the buffet arrangement to have as small or large a breakfast as you like.
Service is slow at check in and staff can be a bit frosty sometimes but who would want to work the night shift.
Bar is nice now its been refurbished.
We have a refurbished room last stay and half the furniture was missing or it was even more basic than before.
Views are fabulous!

Had building work going on at entrance - however, great hotel. Asked for a room on the lower floors and was given a room with someone requiring assistance etc. Still, the room was great. Good restaurant and bar = also good place to plug in and play on laptop if on business. Would stay again. Book early to avoid steep price.
