This is not a nice hotel. It's just some bedrooms in a house. Totally not what I expected or thought I was paying for.

Cramped room with ample mould and a powerfully musty smell. No soap in the awkward bathroom and the (hard) beds were left unmade each night. Curtains were too thin to block out the main road lighting. To top it off the room door wouldn't lock properly and showed signs of previous forced entry. Breakfast was toast or cereal with UHT milk, with instant coffee or "orange juice drink". That this place has three stars is a joke.

Cheep, get what you pay for really. Clean beds but dirt every where else. Seems more suited to the contractors that appear to be the main custom

Hideous - do not stay here. It was cheap, but should have been cheaper for what it was. The rooms were dark and dingy, with not enough light, and smelt strongly of smoke. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room we stayed in. I felt like I needed another shower when I got out of the shower cubicle, it was so dirty. The bedding was ripped and torn, and it was all very depressing. Lots of leaks and black spots on the ceiling in the so-called 'dining room'. Breakfast was a sad affair, with just cold cereals and a cheap white loaf on offer - self serve. It all had an air of neglect and its quite obvious the owners don't care about it at all, or about their guests. We saw 1 member of staff for about 1 minute when she gave us our key, then no-one at all for the whole of our stay. Very depressing, I will never stay here again.
