Went for a training day so spent time in the meeting rooms. Nice size with good facilities. I've eaten food here before but not recently. Not to bad, as expecte.

Got a little lost when I first got there. The young lady I saw showed me exactly where to go. Friendly and helpful. The room we were in was well heated and the patio doors opened out onto the bridge across the lake. If you wanted to be distracted you were in the right place for a stunning view. Excellent venue for our training.

Really mixed impression of this place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby, restaurant and bar were comfortable and clean. The food was hit and miss, some dishes were really delicious and proper nice but others seemed to be microwave from frozen! The rooms are approx ten miles away from anywhere else. Mine was simple yet comfortable and the bathroom was newly refurbished but my friends next door had holes in walls and a bathroom from 1950 east Berlin .
My personal experience was 4/5 but I think the hotel overall is a 3/5.

Visited here on tea and spa day voucher. The tea wasn't all that good and we were placed at the back end of their small pub like room. Their sauna and steam rooms have been newly renovated and they were great. The pool is small but nice. friendly staff too

The hotel is relatively clean and tidy. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food is top notch with a great selection covering all needs. Only thing letting it down is the room would benefit greatly from modernisation. Nicely located and quiet with on-site health club and a woodland walk.
