Its not even worth 1 star!! Absoloutley disgusted booked this apartment for a girly weekend with a refundable deposit, something came up and were unable to to carry on with the booking at this point we weren't worried as we had a refundable deposits! 2 months later we are still trying to recover this and have even been contacted by the police. Never in my life have I had anything like this happen and would just like to for warn people about the disgusting way they treat people!!! £288 for what!!

Really great service, quick & easy check-in, and room was beautiful with lots of lovely touches like fresh oranges to juice with the electric juicer, milk frother, etc.

Love this place and will stay here again and again. Mark at reception is superb and amazing to deal with. So appreciate the personalized service and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience great service in the city core.

Perfect location, 5 minutes from new Street station, excellent pubs and restaurants in the area. The apartments are amazing. Clean, stylish with awesome views of the city. Really great sound proofing fit the traffic noise. Excellent provision in the room and friendly helpful staff. Will go again, totally worth the money

There is a lot to like about these apartments. First of all, the location, right in the centre of Birmingham. Then the apartment itself, I stayed in the Clubman Olympian which was very modern and trendy looking, split over two levels. There is a garden/balcony offering views over New Street. This is shared with other apartments on this floor, not a problem toe but I hadn't realised it wasn't private. Some lovely extras in the apartment such as juicing oranges, cereals and Sky TV! It's looking a little tired in places and could do with some TLC in certain areas before this becomes a problem. Overall a lovely stay and I would certainly return.
