I recently moved into the Area looking for a GP for my kids - I have to say the staff especially the receptionists in this practice are upright rude and not very helpful. We need friendly and helpful people around a NHS environment - they were arrogant and very ignorant and we're trying to push me away from joining this GP - they must learn some manners if not then please get in from friendly staff as the current staff have too much pride and Ignorance!
