Even though I got what I wanted from a wide range of trousers, the Men's Fitting Room was unacceptable. Only two out of the four cubicles had curtains. My cubicle had a curtain but was strewn with litter and there were no hooks. The second cubicle which had a curtain was reserved for wheelchair users but was occupied by a family. I wonder what would have happened if a wheelchair user wanted to use a cubicle?

Staff are great and helpful, nice range of things but fitting rooms always smell of old smokers and covered in people's dumped old shoes

Struggled to find something as simple as girl's black school tights. And when found they were cheap, one only lasted a few hours and one pair looked like it was already worn so it's now in the bin, driving back to complain wasn't worth it. Never returning again. However I dealt with 2 members of staff, they were both pleasant.
