Went in for the black friday sale. There were so good deals available. Also made my way to the cafe for the new festive panini and chips which I enjoyed. Definitely worth a visit and cheaper than you might expect.

A good, if a little dated large department store. Stocks all the big labels but not as on trend or prestige as Selfridges. The restaurant has a great view over the city & doesn't get over busy as it's on the 6th floor.

Visited the store today, and received great service on the men’s section.
The staff were so cheerful and happy and the manager Daniel helped me find the perfect pair of jeans!
A pleasure to speak too and never have I dealt with such a friendly, cheerful and genuinely helpful guy.
Would definitely recommend.

Most of the things you need are here. Good quality clothing, most sizes. Sale times even better when most things go on sale. Good service.

Disappointing shopping experience compared to their direct competitors. Staff looked disinterested. We asked a group of three staff if they stocked a particular brand and their response was 'No' - shocked to go downstairs to see an entire display of that brand. Also observed another group of staff talking at the top of their voices with one doing unflattering impressions of their colleagues. Shoddy customer service and frankly a thoroughly disheartening shopping experience. I did raise my observations at the time with a supervisor who I hope did pass these onto management. She was very apologetic which was appreciated. I just wanted to get out of there.
