I had to work hear when I was out of work, through the job centre, a harable place to work, they treat their workers like slaves, and the place is a pig sty, very cold and damp, no heating what so ever, very bad experience. Luckerly I found a job, after being there about 6 weeks.

I ordered a container of clothes from this company
I was greeted with a warm welcome and a cup of coffee
I was told my order would take up to 6 weeks to complete and I was happy to wait
the clothes I received were excellent quality and I will be using this company again

I called up, asking if they were interested in baby clothes (which on the website CLEARLY states they are interested in) on the first instance I was greeted with a very abrupt "Hello"; NO "Hello/Good afternoon this is Global Traders" etc etc.
Very discourteous and disrespectful, when I mentioned I had 2 black bags full of baby clothes and 2 prams in good condition, he said he was not keen, DESPITE the fact that on their website these are the kind of things they require!! And he said Quinton, the area where I live is too far! Even though it's a 10 min drive from my place to their premises!
So unless you have about 50/100 bags of things you want to sell, DON'T BOTHER. It seems they are only interested in trade business and NOT accepting from the gen public.
Do yourself a favour and do something more charitable and give your unwanted (in good condition) items to the Ladywood Furniture Project or the Islamic Relief UK. More deserving than these unprofessional timewasters.

Irina is an amazingly kind patient person ALWAYS willing to please and assist the client.
She goes way beyond.
I have been dealing with them for more the 6 years.
I have also used many other companies , Global is the best.
